I went in about a month ago with my newborn to look at a stroller to put up for when he’s older for holiday. While there one of the staff members noticed my little boys fit in his carry car seat (Britax Romer Baby-Safe Core) was quite bad and his airways were getting squished. She showed me some ERF car seats that I was looking at getting anyway so we purchased the one with the best fit (Avionaut Sky). When it arrived in store we set a date for it to be fit in the car by another staff member and his fit checked again which we can’t fault at all. All staff are very friendly and go above and beyond. Wish I had found the shop sooner and will definitely use this shop again if I have another baby in the future.

Found this amazing shop in 2020 during covid as a first time mum and so glad I did. Recently purchased from them for the 3rd time and they’re amazing. Very lovely staff who are on hand to help with everything and the quality and selection available is beyond great. Have purchased a whole range of different products and will soon be purchasing again when getting our new car seats. Just amazing every single time and proves exactly why you should support small businesses!

Took my daughter to look at prams, the lady we spoke to was so lovely and helpful, think my daughter tried every pram in the shop and it wasn’t too much. Daughter eventually chose her pram. I would recommend this shop 150%. Staff are so friendly and very patient.

We were able to get our crib, pram and car seat from them – they fitted our car seat, built our pram for us and kept the pram until baby arrived!

As first time parents, shopping for a pram and car seat can be so daunting with so many options available but at Baby B, it felt simple. The ladies were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, talking us through different options within our price range. We visited a couple of times before making our final decision and never felt rushed or that we were causing a problem. They even made the pram fitted in the boot and that the car seat properly fitted the car so we could drive away happy.

I absolutely love this store, the staff are so friendly and approachable and offer genuine advice (you won’t ever feel pushed into a sale unlike other stores). I’ve used this lovely store for my little boys pushchair and both his car seats and we will be returning in the new year for a new set of wheels as we prepare for a new arrival 🥰

Absolutely amazing shop, I’ve been using this shop for 4 years now and got everything I needed for my first son which is still going strong and being used for my second son. I have popped in many times for car seat advice as we purchased both car seats here and it makes it so much easier for fit checks etc. to be able to pop in. Nothing is ever too much trouble and all the ladies are always super friendly and helpful.

We had the pleasure of visiting this afternoon and as first time parents, were welcomed in by incredibly knowledgeable staff who were happy to help us ‘test drive’ nearly every pram in the shop. The owner took the time showing us how to collapse each pram, and ensuring the 2 we narrowed down to would fit in our cars and encouraged us to push them around the carpark to feel them on rougher terrain.
We couldn’t have been more pleased with the advice we received and would highly recommend giving Baby B a visit. We will certainly be returning.
